cant figure this one out

just yesterday my subs started to cut in and out randomly while i was playing them, it was acting up at high and low volumes n it would usually kick back in when i hit a bump od pressed the brakes. if anyone can maybe tell me whats causing id really appreciate it:fro:

Check all your connections. Start with the RCAs, make sure they are plugged in firmly on both ends. Check your remote wire, power wires, speaker wires.

yeah it was my ground, it wasnt loose but just moving sometimes when the random shit in my trunk would move shift from braking or turning so i put a cinderblock over the carpet its under lol, not one problem since
