I'd get the DD. Don't get me wrong I loved my SX but the DD's are just nasty woofers and will most likely get louder than the SX even with teH caulk!;P.

just go for the mag D2.............if i had the money that would be my first choice for a highend woofer......i dont think you stated a budget but i would wait tell the new acendecnt audio line comes out. Maybe the havoc? or wait for the new XXX. I dont think its fair comparing a $750(9515) subwoofer to a $250?(SX) subwoofer........Maybe state a budget

Sorry if someone posted this (I didn't read the whole thing) but a 15" D9 in the DA SS box would be AMAZING!! I could not BELIEVE how loud this thing got when ported..... It is ALOT louder than my 2 Bahns ported (and those things got loud) and this is only a 10"

would you buy a refurbed amp? What about a new alt if you get a bigger amp..............This is going in a car isnt it? my vote is wait a week or two and see what ascendant audio has to offer.
