cant decide between sq and spl (vanadium and q)

Well i have Rainbow Germaniums and am going to get some subs but cant decide if i want really loud subs or not

my brother had 2 10" cvx's and i liked them but wouldn't turn them up very loud cause its no fun to listen to for a long time so i figured i would get some low rms sq subs like the Rainbow Vanadiums

Now that i want to get those because they are supposed to be amazing for sq and punchiness i am debating whether i want to spend the money and then maybe i will think they are not loud enough and they are not cheap!

On the other hand i could go with the Fi Q because they are much cheaper and i hear they are good for sq also but they get LOUD!

basically what i am asking is at a daily driving level will the fi q sound really good, punchy, and accurate listening to rock with double bass? another thing is that if i get the q's i will always be wondering what i might have been missing with the vanadiums //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I got the 15Q and I like the double pedal drum. You migh wanna make them break up a little (mine is 1 month) to make them sound natural. It does get low and loud also does have the punch but its weak on the highs (maybe its because my box tuned low). I dont know about the 10s as I never had them.

Never had the chance to listned to the Vanadiums, but very rare review on them. I wonder the price tag of those?

if the 2 cvxs were too loud, youd probably be fine with the rainbows. especially in a truck.

and, im guessing, youd have a fantastic sounding system.

I think that is going to be tough for any of us to tell you what you want out of a system. Good luck though.

The rainbow will be loud enough if 2 10"s were too loud.

I have the Hammer Sub, and it gets loud. Very loud. I'm sure the Vanadium will have no problem getting loud, but it will sound very nice.

And yes, in a truck, it would be loud.
