Absolutely!! I have a couple of friends that have statutory **** convictions on their records from situations exactly like that. The G/F was more than willing but once the parents found out they were less than impressed. One of the guy's G/Fs even testified in court that it was consentual intercourse but the law regarding age is the law, period. Consent, in that particular situation, is immaterial.

I don't think any court would charge someone for assault if you asked them to hit you.

Depends on the jurisdiction. Down here in the buckle of the Bible Belt that's a bet I wouldn't take.

That is the parents though, not the girl. However, I don't think the girl could charge the boy herself if she consented, otherwise wouldn't she just be charging him for ***?

Euthanasia isn't legal everywhere.
And snuffing you is a little far from cutting your schwans off and dining on it with you at a candlelight dinner. Not to mention then dismembering and eating your carcass, this was obviously frowned upon since even assisted ******* usually doesn't end in one person eating the other.

What is legal and illegal doesn't mean anything is right or wrong. Yes, killing someone is illegal, but who's to say it should be illegal if they wanted to be killed, and would be found competent to make that decision?

If the man wanted to,and agreed to be eaten, then why should he be charged? Is there a law saying specifically, that if someone wants to be eaten and you eat them, you will be charged regardless? I don't see that mans family charging him, but I do see the "law" taking it as their "responsibility" to charge him.

In some situations, statutory **** being one of them, a charge being brought to bear by the "victim" isn't necessary. The parents can do it or the neighbors could do it if they witnessed it somehow! Pester your congressmen and representatives to get the law changed. Until that happens point of view in this instance means little to nothing.

It likely falls under the same frame of mind as the law being able to charge someone with domestic violence regardless of the wishes of the victim.

X2 I had a buddy that stuck it in his gfs pooper and taped it, parents found the tape age difference 18 & 17. They slapped the guy with a sodomy charge and statuatory ****, all consentual. Needless to say I'm no longer friends with the guy after he didn't show me the video!

Saying "What is legal and illegal doesn't mean anything is right or wrong" doesn't hold up in court, I really could care less that people are eating eachother as long as they're not knocking on my door asking for seconds. This isn't a matter of principle the guy broke a law the family doesn't have to go after him, the fact that his dining practices are different from most isn't the question at hand. That was obviously a deciding factor to try and keep him locked up longer than the 5 yr sentace carried out with euthanasia & whatever the charge for disturbing the dead is.
