Can you do this?

I was wondering if i could put my x-over for my component speakers in the kick panels i am building. This way i would use less speaker wire running in between the speakers and x-over. Or would it be better if the x-over is outside of the kick panel for easier access and better sound?

You could mount it by the kick panel somewhere. I wouldnt recommend putting it inside for sound purposes and also the fact that you would have to take the speaker out to change any settings if you wanted to...
