Can you buy batteries without the electrolytes?

Im trying to find if you can just purchase car battery casings. I need some with the pop tops but without any acid, and ones that have never had anything put into them.

are you going to use them as batteries? but yes you can get empty batteries (16v turbostart, i know for a fact).

we are talking a complete battery without acid, correct? that's what the turbostarts will be.

we used to sell just the caps and the filler tube for the acid

No actually ive been making hydrogen cells and ive been trying to use 3/4 lexan but they just keep cracking. I think its the chemicals but im not sure. I got the idea with a battery casing. Any links?

Can be yes. Ive made a bunch of working ones so far but this lexan keeps cracking. The previous ones worked but i kind of was winging it so they werent as efficient as they should be. I was going to get some inch thick lexan but i figured i would try with a car battery. I mean i dont over crank anything on the lexan. I get done and play with them and they work perfect, no leaks. I come out the next day and all the water is gone and everything is cracked lol. I put it in a bucket btw so there isnt any chemicals all over my garage floor.
