Can this be done

Hrrmm...yeah, 4 comp sets is a little over the edge.

Anyways; Assuming you actually plan on having 4 comp sets.....yes, you can run them all off of a 4-channel amp. You'd just have to run all 4 left speakers on 2 channels and the 4 right speakers to the other 2 channels (which would mean a 2ohm load on each channel). However, you wouldn't have much control over the level of each speaker, which could is a bad thing

Well I guess if he puts one comp set RIGHT NEXT to another it would be OK -- atleast you could adjust left/right -- front/back... as for phase interations... eww... -- 2 component sets is bad enough //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif -- heck even two tweeters and 4 midwoofers is bad enough to setup!
