can remote lead cause pop in front stage when HU turns on?

Whenever the HU powers up the mids and tweets pop kinda loud. The front stage amp is grounded the same spot as my sub amp and the sub doesn't do it. I think i may have wired the remote turn on to the 12v source for the HU, think that is he problem? Should the remote be wired to something else... I am sorry but looking back upon my deck install i am thinking i made a mistake and this pop when the deck turns on it the result.

That happens to me sometimes when I switch from tuner, to cd to aux. But its weird cause like I said, it only happens sometimes.
