can rainbow slcs handle 200watts per channel

I would not recommend this for 3 reasons: that much power for a rearstage is stupid, putting rainbow components for rear stage is stupid, oh and I do not recommend giving them that much juice. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

thinking of using them for rear fill and 2 audison lrx 4.300 which will give me 2x210watts in mono (so left and right will have thier own amps)
i am so indecisive!
do you drive in the backseat? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

that makes me so sad that you would put such great equipment on the rear fill. thats just IMO.

but yes the rainbows will have absolutely no problem handling that kind of power. but using audison and rainbows for rear fill //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif .

the SLC's can take 200 per side?
Nah...only 199 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

I too felt sick to my stomach when you said you were going to run a LRx series Audison to rear doors....must have a 5.1 setup or drive in you back seat?? Or you have unbelievable tuning ablities??

/sarcasm

So then he spends the money to defeat it? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
Yes, because the front stage is too great //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

i was going to run Germaniums in the front and SLCs in the back.

Basically, the amps i want to use i can get 210wattsx2 in mono, so i would have to run them Left and Right side of the car. So i am thinking of my options.

if your gonna do that why not get like pro van's and run some cheap *** rear fill off the radio or something?
with the amps i am thinking of running i will blow the rears then. Unless there is a way to "Depower" one channel of the amp. Or would fading the rear on the headunit accomplish the same thing?
