Ask your self this, when you did a paypal acct, wa back when, you never gave a social sec number. This is the other down side to paypal on its own. With out the SS# you can not put anything on anybody's credit history. Any real cc ask for a ss#, when you rent houses, apartment, SS# is required, this is so if you defualt, they can report it. !!!

Collection agencies can and will put it on without a SSN. How do you think so many errors show up on credit reports...

I don't, but i do know it was shipped and i have made countless other transactions without this problem. even if he didn't receive it and usps lost it, it isnt my problem; he didnt ask for insurance.

And if it did get lost (correct me if im wrong) there is always automatic insurance up to a certain specified $$$ amount. If thats the case he has to go through YOU to get his money back

and since you have no proof there is no way he would be able to get reimbursed for that making it fall into your hands and responsibility

Try calling usps and see if they can do anything.

You should have at least gotten a receipt

Bro it will mess up your credit which will make it so you are unable to get a real job and screw you up for life. You will never have anything and will just wander from dead end job to dead end job while living in your moms basement and regretting the day you scammed that guy on ebay.

I would sit down and consider your options more closely as this is your life and you are too young to have it all come crashing down on your now.

In reality this is some of the crazy shit you will continue to do if you keep smoking weed, this is just a $20 scam you pulled to get your weed fix and is also the start of what could be a very long criminal career for you.
