can paypal mess up my credit?

I sold a fuse holder to someone on this site and they are claiming they did not receive it. I do not have a receipt for shipping it, and they filed a dispute and my account is negative 16 dollars. Will this mess up my credit at all? Im not about to give this guy a free fuse holder...

not if its not in my paypal account... i had like 3 bucks in it and they took that but the other 16 is just making my account negative. The same thing happened to me... i bought a amp from someone here and i didnt get it or a cent because they didnt have any money in their paypal account

They can and will send it to collections and your credit will get screwed. 16 bucks isn't worth fukn your credit up

Ask your self this, when you did a paypal acct, wa back when, you never gave a social sec number. This is the other down side to paypal on its own. With out the SS# you can not put anything on anybody's credit history. Any real cc ask for a ss#, when you rent houses, apartment, SS# is required, this is so if you defualt, they can report it. !!!
