Can i use this as a ground?

yea i was thinking that, but whould under the backseat be a good ground if i used a new bolt? it would be easier grounding here instead of taking everything out to get to the spare tire area.

That seat support looked familiar, then I looked in your sig and it was a Saturn.

But I used that as my ground in my car. Oh and BTW theres loctite on the bolt, so have fun getting it out. It was a ***** taking the whole seat support out to swap ones from a coupe in.

don't use factory mounting bolts, they are often coated or anodized which creates resistance.

drill a hole to fit a 3/8" bolt with washers, make sure it isn't coated or anodized, and scratch away the paint, make sure you use dielectric grease or silicon to seal it up and protect from the elements and oxidation.

Yea i used at different ground, i took of the back deck and ran it up
