Can I Use 12v Automotive Wire as Speaker Wire?

I accidentally bought automotive wire instead of speaker wire and unfortunately, my request for a refund was declined on eBay. I don't suppose anyone on here would know if I can use it instead?

The wire I accitdentaly bought is '2 core round twin 12v flex red black electrical auto car automotive cable wire'. I have 375 watt speakers a 800 watt amp, and the length of the wire I need is around 4 - 5 meters.

If anyone could give me any advice It would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to use it and it end up causing issued down the line.

2.5mm I think that is 14 gauge. It is definitely a lot thicker than the wire that the speakers come with.
