Can I put a subwoofer that calls for a 1.1 or 1.35 Cu. Ft. Box in a truck box at 0.9?

I sold a number of the Kenwoods with a 1 cubic foot sealed prefab box and it worked great. So .9 will be real close.
Like I said not looking for comp crazy sound but great sound for the money.

So the 0.9 should still be just fine I would think ... It does say it can work fine down to 0.75

Should I put some polyfill in the box???

Some polyfill might help, but won't make a big difference.

May not be audible.

Any recommendations for a value amp that matches perfectly with this sub?

My current amp is the Alpine MRP-M500 (300RMS at 4-ohms) .... Amazing amp but not sure if only being 300RMS when this is a 400RMS sub is good?

Thoughts?
