Can I power these with HU?

Your hu prolly only puts out 10-20wrms..

It'll work yes, but it won't sound THAT much different than your stocks

to answer the question, yes you COULD, and im sure it would sound better than stock speakers

yea, nice.. im gna be buying a new HU soon, if i were to buy kenwood thats what i would get, but i think im gna go with alpine or eclipse, possibly alpine
