Can DD's be sealed?

and why not to 15" mags in a sealed. Nick over on their forum said they still get pretty loud in a 2 cu ft sealed

well he would know....i personally used 2 15"s in a sealed 6cf box and it wanged hard but i would still like 2 12"s ported.
