Can anyone help me figure this out?

What I have: Soundstream REF 4.760 amp powering set of Polk MM's up front and a 10" Dayton Audio Sub (bridged). I want to use stock HU with a pair of Axxess LOC's to hook up amp. And, I have a set of Focals in the back doors.

Problem I have is how to power rear door speakers? I wanted to use the the stock amp to power them, is that possible while using the rear LOC to send signal to Sub. Also, my HU has fader and sub controls. The small under seat sub has been disconnected. I was hoping to use a LOC on the sub wires exiting the stock amp so I could still have control through the HU. However, the stock sub was just a single speaker, (two wires) one channel.

What would be the best way to do this? And, will there be any way that I can fade or control sub alone?
