can any one help?

ok here what i got.......................

34 w, (b27+t5)/2, (13h1+7h2)/2

34 x 16 x 10 = 5440/ 1728 = 3.15 cuft

thats the way to make a wedge box where you have, bottom plus top, you must divide itby two and the result is one of the measures you multiply by the height and widht

im here to learn if im wrong let me know....................

jefe1 you are wrong.

according to my geometry lessons:

separate the volume into sections to simplify. so, we got a rectangle at 13X5X34, another rectangle at 22x7x34, and a triangular prism with base 22 x height 6.

13x5x34=2210

22x7x34=5236

.5(22)x6x34=2244

(2210+5236+2244)/1728= 5.607638889 CUBIC FEET

learn

Heres what I came up w/...

Divide the box into 2 rectangles and a triangle....

rec. 1: 13 x 5 x 34 / 1728 = 1.28

rec. 2: 22 x 7 x 34 / 1728 = 3.03

the tri.: 6 x 22 x 34 / 2 / 1728 = 1.30

the total: 1.28 + 3.03 + 1.30 = 5.61

(I calculate triangles a little differently, but I think it's easier this way.)

uve been a great help. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif and now im wondering if u can get me the internal volume using 3/4 in. mdf? and no port, or driver.

lets see....

base: 25.5"

front: 6.25

back: 11.5"

top: 4.25"

width: 32.5"

plug the number in and you get....

rec. 1: 11.5 x 4.25 x 32.5 / 1728 = 0.92

rec. 2: 21.25 x 6.25 x 32.5 / 1728 = 2.5

tri. : 21.25 x 5.25 x 32.5 / 2 / 1728 = 1.05

toatl: 0.92 + 2.5 + 1.05 = 4.47

4.47 is the internal right? thanks for all the help guys //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

The width of the enclosure is 32.5 (34 - (.75 x 2) = 32.5). As he said in his above post, "....and no port, or driver."

We can't figure out the displacement of the port (or the driver for that matter) 'cause he did not provide the info.
