IMO id rather spend 13,000 on a 68 Camaro or something, something that wont be worth 2,500 in 5 years

Its pretty hard to find a 68 camaro for $13k these days, unless the market has really dropped out on them since I last looked a couple years ago. There's a reason year-one makes a complete frame/body kit for 1st gen camaro's, because real ones are getting damn rare and even more expensive.

Every can-am quad runner Ive ever been around was total crap. Big, heavy, bulky, poor build quality, bad transmissions, even crappy body plastics. One step above no-name Chinese quads. If the can-am spyder is anything like their quads, Id stay far far away.

Used to have a 2009 can am ds450, they are very nice built machines, most of the meta/parts are the same bombardier uses when building their planes...iv ridden on a spyder and they are quite nice.

They do look they are well built.....

The one I road the other day seemed built decently. Much better then the ATVs at least. I'm just not a fan of the over all design and handling.

With that said, it did handle better then I thought it would.

my wife worked at a can-am dealership for a few years...they're "meh" at best...basically only old guys buy them.

Yes my build quality comments only extend to the quads (which again, suck, for the most part). The only experience I have with the can-am spyder is seeing one up close an old guy brought to my workplace a few times. They may be built much better than the quads, and from the comments here from direct experience it sounds like they are.

Why dont you take that 13K and pay somebody to finish the 138 unfinished builds in the build log section that you have hibernating??

I haven't had time lately to work on any of my builds...I've been working on my Wrangler for Car Audio comps...I took first at my last 2 shows...Longview last weekend and Import Face Off this past weekend
