gl on the 150 in a blazer, i have only goten a a 147.4 not completely tuned in my trailblazer. BUT GL either way

i did it in a 4door jimmy with a 18 apxx that i paid close to your budget for. but, unless he has a good electrical already and alot of dampening, its not going to be easy with a 250 budget.

Ben Hemp, with SINGLE Type-r 15" on a sundown 3k. with street 1 fusing (less than 80 amp fuse) did a 152 IIRC at MECA finals in 2008

Incorrect. He used to type-r 15's and 2 sundown 3000's at finals.

Anyways, back in 2006 we had a 4 door blazer on our team that was doing low 149's on the dash with a single type-r 15" and an orion 2500d.

Is 150 possible? Maybe, but it won't come easy.
