well about 2 or 3 weeks ago i did a trade with DBjunior real name tony madonna

i traded him my perfectly working DX1500.1 for an 18" Fi Q well since he had no prior feedback he agreed to ship first he shipped when he said he would and had great communication the sub got here when i looked at it the crate he made (very poorly built) ended up arriving broke i inspected the sub over and didn't think anything of it well as i was getting ready to ship the amp i decided to inspect the sub once again i pushed down on the cone and it wouldn't move at all i pushed harder and moved down making a nasty scraping noise i looked at the coil and looked perfect so i'm assuming it got dropped in shipping and the top plate shifted everything is misaligned and the coil is rubbing i called Tony up and he told me he was making a claim with Fedex and if they denied the claim he would go half with me on getting it fixed well i was stupid enough to ship my amp out thinking he would go through with his end of the deal as soon as he received my amp he doesn't answer my texts or calls and i'm left with a non working 18 Q //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif end rant

well he asked me if i was still gonna ship out the amp like i said i was and since he had shipped when he said he was and had kept great communication he seemed like a trustworthy guy and i didn't want him to try and accuse me of being a scammer, it was rather stupid looking back on it but i rather get scammed then be one but still bad situation so now i'm left with an 18 that 1 needs to be realigned and reconed and i have to pay shipping to and from wherever or whoever is fixing it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

seem to be pretty much outta luck, and at your own fault to man. Sorry to hear but yah shoulda never sent that amp until the problem at hand was taken care of.

file claim with fedex....and thats all you can do now....then send the sub in for repair and recone...and chunk it up as a lesson learned.
