Meh I was going to stay out of it, but I'll put in my two cents. This is geared towards the benefactor of this roast:

I did what I thought was a pretty good job being patient throughout your constant back and forth on component selection. Pointed you in the right direction when you were confused about what amps to pair with what subs. You got that Infinity without consulting me, even though you did well with the SA-12s. Good job on that one, at least.

Then you proceed to ask me about if I thought your enclosure is too small. I said no, but if you want, ask @double 07 ; to recommend you one because he won't try to hustle you. You chose to ignore me and had Anton Miller, a SPL trunk car competitor, build you an enclosure instead for more than what you were quoted from Brian with shipping. The box does not include carpet, nor was it properly modeled, nor is it really as good as you say it is for daily driving. Sorry, bud, but 7 ohms after box rise isn't normal. That's bad design. Ask around here since the Sundown SAs are quite popular.

Brian and I took time out of our personal lives and time spent enjoying events with family to answer your questions without hesitation, yet you constantly had to fact-check us with your Minnesota Bassheads FB group. If their opinion was the clincher, you honestly shouldn't have been wasting our time. But I'll say it here so others will see and be warned. You owe a lot of people apologies for your inability to learn the bare basics of DIY car audio (which even has its own section on the top bar of this site) and the time you have taken from us which can never be returned. If I were you, I'd ditch Anton Miller and that Minnesota Bassheads group PRONTO because you, sir, got swindled in textbook form and your ignorance is preventing you from acknowledging that fact.

There, I've said my peace. For the record, I'm really only going to be on here checking PMs, but I feel this forum deserves a legitimate explanation for the creation of this thread. If you want to discuss the matter futher, I'm sure you can figure out how to find me.

Well written. I agree with your actions completely. If they blatantly ignore your advice without consultation once, that's a mistake, you do that two, three, four times, you're just thick.

Also I was gonna sell my custom SA12's (built by @splaudio) to darron but he decided to get some stock ones from someone closer that apparently had coil rub.

I don't know if you are being sarcastic or serious, I haven't bought components yet. I told you numerous times I was going to buy the Sun down.. Yes I asked you about the Infinity amp. You told me that it does rated, but you don't recommend it. You also said radwilson is a good guy and is trust worthy, he is who sold me the amp... He said it was a good amp, so I went with it, he is a local guy, I didn't want to pay shipping so I went with it.

You said my enclosure was too small, but you said keep it and have double07 make you one and not anton. Double 07 quoted me $200 I payed $180... So i don't know who you are getting your facts from, but they are wrong.. Yes double07 said he could make it for $150 but also said there will be $50 shipping.. I did not want to go through the hassle of using my paypal and waiting for a box to come in the mail, than having to put it in my trunk and mount my subs by my self. So I went with a local guy who also is a national champion with my EXACT car so he knows what my car peaks at etc..
If you think im dumb for doing that, than there is something wrong with your thinking, or your not taking into consideration of what is more convenient for me.
Yes it dosen't include carpet but, carpet I could care less about carpet.
It is only 7ohms rise at one frequency, and not every single frequency, lower frequency's saw 4 ohm after rise and some saw 1 ohm after rise. I got it clamped a 2nd time. My box is perfect for daily musical, since it was a pretty flat response from 32hz to 40hz, my buddy Andrew who also competed in national clamped it and rode around with me in my car. So I have really no idea how you can tell me my box is not good for daily, when you have not sat one leg in my car EVER. And I have had a couple people tell me my box is amazing.

I don't understand why you guys are getting upset with the fact that I ask questions to more than one person? As if only your opinion is the correct one and you are the absolute all knowing bass head. You want an apology? Im sorry that I didn't only listen to you, I should of known that you had all the answers. Even though you told me that you didn't know everything and you are still learning. You told me to face my subs towards the trunk, but my subs are louder facing the cabin.. So of course i'm going to ask for a second opinion. Thats like an athlete tearing his ACL and only going to one doctor for advice, athletes go to numerous doctors to seek advice and compare there answers than make a decision based on that. Thats what I did, i took into consideration multiple opinions.
I don't see how I got swindled, paid $260 for a pair of sa 12's and $180 for a box?

What is there to discuss? that your feelings are hurt? Don't say "you know where to find me" than "attempt" to put me on blast on the internet. I text your phone 3 days ago with no reply, so actually if it is not your cell phone... Than I don't know where to find you NEO.
I feel like if you had a problem with me asking questions, you could of text me or better yet called me and talked to me. I didn't feel like waiting until spring time to get your subs. But when you finally texted me and said you would put them in your car and give me a demo, I had already bought my subs and had them for 2 weeks.

I told you that I was buying someone elses subs, so don't act like I sent you off.

O AND they don't have coil rub, that was my box that was way too small that I had built

07 I feel like you took the whole situation yesterday the wrong way..

I was complaing about it at first because, I didn't know anything about box rise, than I did research.

I was complaining because it was moving around my trunk, but i'm going to L bracket it down.

I mounted my amp on the side of my box so it was easier to hook my remote wire up, since I did that, now my port cant fire into the cabin.(side poerted) and the box has to be in the middle of my trunk, This is my fault I should of mounted the amp somewhere else.
