last weekend my callaway x460 broke about 5'' from the grip while hitting the ball. ive never hit any rocks or ground with this and it kinda puzzled me why it broke. i didnt have any papers or receipt from where i bought it and with no questions there fixing it 100% free minus shipping. also its an upgraded shaft from stock and no questions replacing with exact shaft grafalloy prolite3.5xs even though its extra $120 for free. so again A+ service from callaway golf company.
