Call me Bob Vila. bishes

You are right, I am a dumbass for arguing with you over and over to point out what a retard, ignorant, arrogant.....thinks he knows all there is to know about everything *******.
So that ends now.
Don't be pissed because you are some Ohioan bumblefuck who gets pwnd by someone 10 years younger. You married some heifer who has left you in financial ruins, and couple the fact that you are on the same career level as someone ten years younger, and are less educated, I'm shocked you haven't decided to swallow anthrax yet.

Seth looks good bro. Not sure why you would open yourself to these haters in the first place though.
Yeah I understand that anyone could do that work, but there is no reason to hate on him. This dude is trying to do right buying his own crib and fixing it up with his own hands. That does not earn him a medal, but you could at least give the dude some respect.
Hey I understand if you take issue with his "ghetto-ness", but you don't have to hate on his house or his handy work. I also dislike "wigger-ish" people, but I also understand that most of the time, it is all show. That is, except for that **** *** clown that punches old people and transvestites.
Stupid noob, stfu

and here all this time i thought i was the dramatic one that takes shit to heart on the forum.

Seth,

I am sorry that BigFeg came in here and steered this thread off course with his stupidity. Please update us with more mundane remodeling when you get the chance. I will be on the edge of my seat waiting.

What you need is a sewage ejector pump. its like a garbage disposal combined with a sump pump. Usually like a 50 gallon plastic drum sank into the floor and the shower, sinks, toliet are plumbed into them. Then the pump "pumps" it up to the main sewage pipe for discharge. Only disatvantages is the noise of the pump when operating and the associated cost of running the moter. btw, the drum is sealed and vented to the main vent pipe or its own vent pipe depending on state codes.
another option is to run a new main to the city connection. This involves digging down and out to the main city line. $$$$ . Also providing the city line is still below the new grade. Which in most cases it is if other homes in your hood have basements with plumbing.
thank god my plumbing gose down threw the floor of my basement..

why did they use all that flex duct off the furnace plenum and not run a trunk line ?
we have a main trunk line run that is not flex duct..

we basicly ran flex where we could not run normal sheet metal tubes, off of the trunk line.....

now, i installed all of this along with my Brother who is a HVAC installer..

it may not be up to "par" but my house is nice and toasty now..

and theat old gravity feed heater is gone. witch took up all of the basement, not to mention $200 a month to run!!!

the new one i keep at 70 dagree's only cost me $35.00 a month to run!!

80k BTU, 96.6 % efficency ftw!!!

Thanks for the detailed reply. Those options were what I was NOT hoping for. =)

Sounds like I will 86 the idea of a bathroom in the basement. I had one guy tell me to just drain it all into the sump well. That would have been easy and cheap, but I knew better.

The other houses around me are on crawls, so I would assume they have the same sewer service height I have. As for cutting the basement floor to install the drain well, I am not too keen on busting up my basement floor. The house was built in 2003 and could be sold as new today with a little interior paint touchup. I am afraid to really mess it up too much. If it were an older fixer-upper, I would consider doing it.

Wow. You know there is awesomeness when you get attacked for no reason when you aren't even around. If I was a subscriber, this thread would be on the list. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
