This dude does not have a job, only comes out at night, and looks like f'ing Kernel Sanders. He must be 50 or so years old and is never to be seen....unless.....

I usually wait till the sun goes down to mess with my car(no one bothers me) and this weirdo will hide in the bushes and rustle the leaves and cough and sh1t. This is the only time I see this whack job...ever.

I let it go for sometime without saying anything. I would just wave and say hi and laugh. I'm past all that and now I'm ready to kick the ever living piss out of him. This dude seriously is in outer space.
