I am wondering how much caffeine you would have to ingest to give you a heart attack. I ask this because I was at Wal-Mart one night and saw 5 Hour energy "extra strength" and it was only 60 cents more than the regular. So i said to my friend, 'Look, you can pay an extra sixty cents to go into cardiac arrest.' But I am thinking about taking those arson pills before work in the morning. I have to be up at 5AM every moday through friday, and for a night owl, that is hell.

5-hour energy doesnt work via caffeine, at least not much of its affects (mainly for the initial boost). I guess you've never seen their commercial, it has an equivalent amount of caffeine to one cup of coffee. 5-hour's main effect comes from massive doses of vitamin B12... in the form of 8333% of a daily requirement, and 2000% of a daily requirement of vitamin B6.

It, and similar products under different names, work very well for me.
