Cadence is good quality stuff...I would bet that yes, it does rated power and more.

I don't know of any online authorized retailers, but a quick call to Cadence would figure that out.

from what i hear it's a good amp. it's the 1500watt one right? pricey though, i think it's like 600 dollars isnt it?

it's 2000 watts rms. djdilliodon sells them. thinking about maybe picking up one myself.
