Cadence-good or junk??

The amp worked for 20 mins or so, now it just tries to come on every 20 secs or so and a faint little "pop" comes out of the sub and it goes right back into protect. Not the sub, its happily beating with the hifonics I got on the cheap. I was running it bridged but the sub is a svc4 so it really shouldnt of been out of means of the amp.
Hey, check yor rca inputs connections, my cheap amps connectors make it easy for the exact same to happen, mine losses continuity very easily. The protect will come on, and it will pop bcz it just got a quick connection maybe but didnt last long...

Sides that, cedence makes models of the same design as konaki/dd/aq/opti. Everyone coppies the designs these days. Just a matter of the materials used if they are good, or constructed good and not have bad QC passes like Aq lol.

What amp specifically? The ZRS is the only new line Id run. If your looking at older models you can look at the Ultrashock series (Z1200 and A7HC). The TXA lines are also pretty good.

To be honest I am open to suggestions on what 12inch subs to run as long as they are cadence and I am open to amps to run the 6.5's and the subs.6.5 will also be cadence.I want opinions I am new to this so you guys have the knowledge I wanna see. I am looking for not super high end but nice stuff, I like a lot of bass and clear loud mids and highs.I have about a 1500 budget for 6.5 component set and subs and whatever amps i need to power the system.

The other option I am looking at is going all Alpine or Image Dynamics

I got some 6.5" Candance comps. They're not too bad. Could be better though. At medium-ish volume, they're good. Higher levels, they just don't sound good. For the price I paid for them, they were worth it.

I guess I thought it would be easier. I don't know much about certain brands. I am very open to listening to your opinions on how to put together a good set up. like I said I have about $1500 for subs, amps, and fronts.I own a 370z so I was thinking maybe even one 15inch sub

Yup with $1500 I plan on getting either one 15inch sub, or two 12inch for the bass, I need 6.5 componant set for the front, and either 1 or 2 amps to run the system.

Currently I have A pretty nice Memphis setup to sell so I will have that money for other stuff like the hu and hushmat ect..

Ok so you have a $1500 budget for components, subs, and amps. Whats are your goals? Do you want to have SPL, SQL, or SQ.
