Cadence going into protect

Well today I had a little incident with my amp. The ground cable came out and when I was putting it back in I accidently touched the power cable. There was a quick spark but I didn't smell anything weird. So every time I go to turn the amp on now, it goes straight into protect. I checked all my wiring and fuses and they are all in tact. I hate to think about it, but did I just murder my amp?

amp is a Cadence TXA-1000D.

EDIT Nvm.

re-did my grounds and still goes into protect. I guess something on the board must have blown. Oh well, these SDCs have been wanting more power anyway.
