Cadence amps

What does everyone think of cadence amps? They seem like "Cheater" amps to me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I was just looking at some of them..

Cadence Z777DG - Cadence 1600 Watt Mono Amplifier

4 Ohm RMS - 50

2 Ohm RMS - 1100

1 Ohm - 1600

Hell, I could be put in the S1 class (600w and under) and really have 3kw of power with 2 of them lol... Anyone know of a place to get these for a good price? Or any good info about them? Everyone's opinions?

I hab the cadence a7 which i believe was comprable to this, definately a cheater ampmine personally heated up and shut down,quite often and i didnt run it too hard,for the same money, i would look elsewhere,but thats my opinion. im not 100% into spl, so i would prob never run a cheater amp cuz never liked the sound of them, but sq isnt their thing.Give me a high VOLTAGE amp over high current any day imo.

It is actually different than any other amp putting out that same amount of power (current wise that is)?

Cadence amps are good stuff, i wouldnt hesitate to run them

dont class A amps run hot though? in the same car i ran 2 Soundstream Rubicon 1002's without cutting out, which drew hellalot more than a cadence. Class D run cooler, and are for subwoofers, still cheater amps cuz of low power ratings at 4 ohm,but lots at 2 or 1 ohm. I would just POSSIBLY suggest some other brand for same $. NO bias against Cadence, owned 3 of their amps,@ comp sets

Cadence doesn't make a Class A amp for car audio...
