Cadence a7+hc no output

I bought a cadence a7+ hc from someone on here and when hooked up the power light comes on, diagnostic light does not come on.. but no output. tested the same exact setup on another amp and it works completely fine. Any ideas? It appears to have no fuses..

Def worth something. The fets can be replaced. Call up ampmedics. Or zed audio

about how much would that cost? I dont wanna dump a bunch of money into a 10 year old amp..
