I'm not familiar with the Cactus to venture a guess as to how that would do - but the 3000D does like a low final load similar to yours to get the most power for burps. My rise is to 0.87 ohms each amp in the Jeep.

But a double peak hold measurement will always yield an artificially high number. If you want to compare to what other people are getting just watch both meters not on peak hold once it levels off.

from .5 to .22 is night and day in mine 1.5 db differance

but here is a question to you gurus

if all my amps were tested this way on the same subs in the same truck on the same amount of batts wouldnt a gain be a gain no matter how its looked at because the enviroment stayed the same. I mean I just changed amps

so ok I wanna see some of your thoughts here so if i gt 8400 peak hold watts, and thats not the proper way of doing it then lets here what you guys thin this amp actually does????????????????????????????????????????????? hmmmmmmmmmmm
