Here's a copy of the email I got from CACO earlier today.

Hello NESPL,

Our server has been under attack for a little while now and we finally found the problem. We are working on the problem as we speak to get it back up and fully functional.

I'm sure many of you have noticed the slowness in the past couple of days and weeks and it finally built up to cause things to crash. At least now we can get the root problem fixed and get back to business as usually.

Yeah, the site is back up and looks fine. Time to go back there while things continue to go downward here.
