Woolite and Tide have that effect on shirts that were printed with water-based ink.

Whoever did the screen print didnt dry the paste long enough. SO when you washed it, it came out. Sucks, but nothing you can do about it.

Plastisol is not water-soluable, and cheap pigments in water-based suspensions tend to have cheap binders.

The car audio part is too light in the first place IMO, it's hard to see on the grey and the white...
