Why is it that some threads will not autosubscribe for me but others will ?

For example: Flammable Jello or The Thread.

Is it possible to remove the infractions after they expire ?

first quesiton im not sure on

2nd one. i dont belive so. i believe its there for the mod staff to see what you were warned for in the past.
