Bypass ford premium sound??

Like the title says I'm trying to put a alpine deck in a 94 villager and was just going to run wire to all the speakers or is there a easier way? Also what would be a source to tap the power to? Thanks

bought a mmi and tapped the factory wires for power/switched/ground and ran all new wires for the speakers...took a little extra time but i had nothing else lined up and the owner thru me a $50 on top of the commission i ..worked out

Running all new wire for just a hu might be a tad overkill but hey at least if the owner wants an amp later they'll have a good infrastructure lol, nice one!
