Hi,
Just want some opinions on an issue I'm having. I just recently installed my JL 300/4v2 and today while playing the front right channel made a popping noise and then started buzzing. Music still plays but this buzzing continues. First thing i did was detach the RCA's from the front stage of the amp and it buzzes with no input signal. My first impression was "oh great my brand new amp just blew" I turned it on and off about 5 times (with no RCA's attached and same result) and it buzzed. So I stomp off inside the house to tell my wife her new amp just blew. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif I then take her out side to show her. I reattached the RCA's turned in on and behold it works fine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif. So I just let it run at a low volume and went back inside. Went back out after about 5 minutes and it buzzing again. Turn it on and off still buzzing. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif I go back inside wait an hour go back out and now its fine again. I just shut it off and didn't let in run long. I think the channel still blew or something any body have any ideas or ever had an experience similar to this?
