I know exactly how it works you tard. You're the one who's a good bit out of touch with how it works in a real market. You're the one that seems to believe that the agent gets the full commission and that splitting it with another agent isn't the norm rather than the exception. In a real market getting anything from the realtor is rare. Very rare. Giving up commission regularly isn't good business practice and is definitely a sign of a weak agent.
