Buying another head unit??

I Have the Kenwood Excelon kdc-x979 and was think I wanna get another headunit, dunno if I should...

Was looking at the Alpine 9857 and the kenwood 889.... I wanna have one with Ipod ready and I know the Alpine has A fast Ipod interface, but dunno if i wanna sell my old headunit and getting a new one... the new ones dont have alot of tuning features like the x979 so I dont know.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

Not familiar with the kenwoods, but the alpine 9857 is lame imo, besides the full speed ipod usage. Doesnt have many features, but if all you care about is having an ipod go for it.

yea, I do care about the features to.... I was planning on getting the Ipod adapter for the kenwood but heard it was slow but dunno, i dont wanna sell my headunit...

I guess im gonna keep it and try the ipod adapter
