Buying a reconed subwoofer from someone?

Is this a bad idea? Apparantly the sub was never used since the recone, but i am just a little nervous about the idea that it already has been reconed.

yeah, for all intents and purposes it's a brand new sub. Everything that matters is replaced with new parts

I bought my XXX 15 used for 150 then sent it back for the 95 dollar recone, I guess that makes it worth it?
