Buying a Jasper jig, do i need the combo jig or no..??

really the only 1 you need is the jasper 200 model, I have both and the other jig really only helps if your making alot of holes under 4'' in diameter ... other than that the 200 model is that way to go

I have both the 400 and the 200. The 400 is much less cumbersome for cutting smaller holes than the 200. In fact, I used the 400 to cut a hole for a 8" dd1508 to use in a test enclosure that previously housed a dd1010.

Im sure you've read what sizes each jig does. Its really a simple question of if you think you will be making the smaller holes much/ever.
