Sold buyer ? please help

I agreed to buy an amp from a member who got banned . He sent it to me and UPS just delivered it . He described it as BNIB and told me he used it but there was only a dust cap that had come off on the rca for the amp . He didnt send me the warranty info either . He says it was bought 2 mos ago and has a full warrany . UPS just delivered it and there are 2 big 2-3" dents in the cas . The plastic part the speaker wares go into are dented . There are 3 big scratches deap on the top cover and all of the mounting holes are eaten about half way through and twice as wide .2 fuzes are3 broken off in the amp and the remote wire screw is missing also . I tried to pm him to see what he wants to do file with ups or send me a ups shipping lable to just send it back . but it says he is banned and cant recieve pm's . I cant pay for this amp in this condiditon though . What should i do .

I cant get pics until this weekend .The box is pretty messed up though thats why i wanted to know what he wanted to do file through ups first of just sent me a ups label to mail it back to him but he got banned and iI didnt know . I can fix the amp to be able to use it but its ugly now looks like a sundown with down syndrome . No offense anyone .

it was packaged decently but the missing parts arent in the box , and the scratches and mounting holes didnt happen in shipping . also a few of the dents more than likely didnt but the big ones may have from looking at the box it ws dropped a few times

not yet he did ship first but didnt tell me all the damage not sure why he would ship it in this condidtion first after saying it was in much better condidtion . bnib is far from it and he didnt even send the box he said it was in or the reciept or warranty card . he has my info though if he need to get in touch im sure he will i just wnated to know what you would do if it arrived like this .

LOL thats what i figured but didnt know how easy it was to get a new user name here if the just banned the name or the whole ip address . he has my info to get ahold of me .
