Sold buyer ? please help

I agreed to buy an amp from a member who got banned . He sent it to me and UPS just delivered it . He described it as BNIB and told me he used it but there was only a dust cap that had come off on the rca for the amp . He didnt send me the warranty info either . He says it was bought 2 mos ago and has a full warrany . UPS just delivered it and there are 2 big 2-3" dents in the cas . The plastic part the speaker wares go into are dented . There are 3 big scratches deap on the top cover and all of the mounting holes are eaten about half way through and twice as wide .2 fuzes are3 broken off in the amp and the remote wire screw is missing also . I tried to pm him to see what he wants to do file with ups or send me a ups shipping lable to just send it back . but it says he is banned and cant recieve pm's . I cant pay for this amp in this condiditon though . What should i do .

send that ish back and continue the search..also spend a few more dollars and get a saz1500D

I would send it back but iI think he moved already to the caymans and I'm not paying to ship it back if he wants it hes gonna have to send me a shipping lable or get ups to issue a claim and get me the warranty card and reciept and box if he wants me to pay for it .

just wait for him and tell him not as described hes taking it back and throw a few more dollars in the pot for a saz1500..or 3000 as the nightshade will love it..i ran 2 18" dual 2's on a 3000D@.5ohm and it was sick..

Yea ., I know I"mnot downing the guy but if your gonna ship someing this damaged why say bnib and like new then ship it first .At the least he cost himself double shipping back to himself and if he is in the caymans its gonna cost probably more than the amp is worth to get it back to him . I was warned by quite a few people not to deal with him but he was willing to ship first so I took a chance figured I couldnt get scammed that way . If he did do all this damage though I was a really stupid move to ship it in the first place .

i was gonna get a 1500d 2 actually but people wanted so much more for them when i already have a new sae1200d and figured just get another an max-link them. from what ive heard the sae1200d will put out almost the same numbers and run alot cooler anyway . Im happy with the one i have no issues since it came back from db-r as a replacment .

i was gonna get a 1500d 2 actually but people wanted so much more for them when i already have a new sae1200d and figured just get another an max-link them. from what ive heard the sae1200d will put out almost the same numbers and run alot cooler anyway . Im happy with the one i have no issues since it came back from db-r as a replacment .

no they wont put out the same number as the 1500 is underrated and so is the 1200 how ever the 1500 is a stronger built amp and better amp overall..

i understand if i didnt have one already i would have just got a 3000d or 2 1500d and strapped them but i gotthe 1200d for my 2 re se 12's and the amp messed up and fried the subs then i got the amp fixed but not the subs . i payed 409 for the 1200d from dbr then 1 weeklater they went on sale . my luck . so right now im still stuck with borrowed subs and a 1200d .

Dude I appoligze for the shipping damage but amp the only damages were the mounting screws with missing paint. Pictures are listed in the org thread, I will accept the damages due to shipping. Please ship the amp back to me And I will refund you free of charge, sorry for the troubles but you are holding on to the amp which you did not pay for. Ship it back to my house in the Us and I will have some one pick it up next time I go back. Amp does work I benched it before I shipped it but go ahead and ship it back to my Us house and I will refund you the shipping money.

Gtfo, My return address should still be listed on the Box, Go ahead and ship it back out to me and I will refund your money. The amp was in perfect condition when I shipped it out. Pictures in org thread are there.
