Sold Buyer Beware

Hey all. I was looking at this item on ebay:

It does not come with brain so, I called my local dealer about getting one. He said that unless you are the original owner, they will not sell you a new one. He also said that this unit could be stolen and if I took it in to them and they determined it was stolen, they keep it. Just thought anyone who might be looking at it, would like to know this.

Did you try asking other shops??
