buy this tomorrow but concern about the rms

Ok, woofersect sell me cdt ef-61fg with tw-25 for $225 and i cant resist:

and i will power them with pioneer gm-5300gt:

The componenet power handling is 170rms at 4ohm, and the amp only will do 125rms per side at 4ohm, do you think it will sound good even though the power not sufficient enough for the component?

I will post in the forum when everything done, I need to find good shop or installer around LA/OC area, prolly ill go to ACC with Tuan. I hppe the installation will do fine with no major modification to 2005 honda civic 2 door

Ok guys, i just picked up the speaker today from their store(woofersect) in LA. I will post picture tonight. Installation will be done hopefuly tomorrow or friday at ACC(advance car creation) and do short review.
