Busted windshield question....

Just finished breaking in my subs, and was giving my brother a demo. after about 1-2 minute demo with random songs, I look up to find my windshield splintered from the rearview mirror outward. Anyone had this happen, I didn't think anything about it until after I was done. I did adjust my mirror with the music playing, anyone have any tips from having this happen again?

Btw, it's a 2006 VW Jetta TDI... don't have a whole lot of flex.

can't help ya, I haven't had a rearview mirror stay on, are they facing in the cab? if so face back...

Facing back, 2 SA-12's on a SAZ-2500D... really am thinking it may of been when I adjusted my mirror while it was playing.

More then likely happened while adjusting the mirror.
