idk i havnt hooked it up yet. the kid i got it from did not know much about amps but he said it works but i am afraid it damaged badly

i know enough about amps to know a functioning amp shouldn't have a burn mark on the board. hope you got a good price.

seriously just power the **** thing and see if it works, to me it looks like a bad circuit board clear coat job.
