I sent corsica some speakers and still to this day haven't received a dime!! I paid bumpin blazer $50 on 4/9/03 for some 5x7's for my girlfriends car and still haven't got my speakers or money back. He has been giving me the run around saying "they will be shipped by fri" or some other b.s. like that but I still have nothing to show for the money I paid him.

Bumpinblazer......I got the money and I do appreciate (sp?) it. I also believe that your a good person and just ran into some hard times (we all have) but at the same time I felt like I shoudn't be the one paying for it. So it's all good now and everything is fixed

Jeremy JL fan. I will do anything I can to help the two of us get what is rightfully ours! I don't have any saved e-mails or anything from him but I do have the UPS reciept with a tracking # that shows it was delivered to his address and signed for. I don't know if thats any good but it's about all I got.

the last thing we need is a forum that is full of guys that ripp people off. this is some fooked up stuff. i would like to trust the regulars at least. im a hyperactive "crazy" person who would not hesitate traveling the distance to get what's mine. its just wrong to screw people like that. i detest dishonesty. i dont care if it's $200 or $2.

I dont know how the hell he didnt have money, because shit he has 240$ of mine that he doesnt have now. He said he sent it all to the guy for some shocker ss 15's, but if thats the case then who the **** was paying shipping? It doesnt add up.....

Either I get my money no later then july 31st or Im going through with the police.

No jail isnt good at all. I mean it screws you totally for at least 12years.

I know people dont like to wait, although I did have a problem with this dude named shaun, because he didnt get money from me, but that was my fault, because I wrote the envelope wrong so it was double the time....other then that its all good

4. The main dude Jeremy. I shelled out 60 of the $$ for shipping beacuse if u remember correctly the whole deal was for 300, of which we worked out a deal of 240 and a set of speakers for the shockers. The shockers were baught for 300 from matt's friend in Boston. As far as your $$ Iam gonna send some of it now and more as I can. I start boot August 27th so I am busting *** to have all debts cleared by then. I am trying my best to get urs back from matts friend cause I still have no shocker's here man.

ok this is a little off topic... but I got ripped off on eBay. It hasn't been that long but I bought a DD 9012 sub off a guy and it was not in the condition he said it was in (he said it was in awesome working and cosmetic condition), the sub had 2 cuts in the surround and a crack in the cone. So I emailed him telling him so and that I wanted a refund. He said ok, and gave me his brother's address to send it to. He received the sub on Thursday and aparently sold it again on eBay a day or two ago. It is possible that he may Paypal me that money but I'm begining to doubt it. What can I do about this? Is there any legal action I can take? file a complaint with eBay and Paypal?
