Ok, i figured that i would start a thread for folks that don't have a lot of money to spend or just want an idea of what to look for that would hit hard and not drain the bank...
what would be the hardest hitting system you could put together for around $500... the average person seems to usually want to to spend around $500-$600 and wants the hardest hit they can get... what would be the amp(s) and sub(s) paired with what box(s) would be the biggest bang for the buck.
I am building a system for my 2000 chevy 1500 silverado extended cab 4dr, and i want it to hit as hard as i can for the bucks that i spend, i would like to stay $600 and under for the amp and subs and i would probably be building the box myself to save some costs, what would you recommend? i would like to keep the box below the bottom of my rear window, and i don't care about having the rear seat anymore, i just want a hard hitting system.
