People are ***** in general. I moved to this city over 10 years ago to open my car audio shop here for one sole reason. The guy here treated me like dirt for all the years previous that I had been coming here. So, 20 years of poor service coupled with 10 years of me working in the industry = me opening a shop here and putting his car audio dept out of business. It was a year after that the other shop in town went after his home audio business and then it was all over for him. Service is a big part of what happens in a business but as a business owner, I also need feedback from my customers. Do your part and talk to the guy, no need for a flame retardent suit dude.
